	a mortgage! heehee....and a house as well. irv and i are super super excited about our latest purchase! we closed escrow monday night at 5 p.m. so it's official! i didn't really want to say much or say that it was "our's" until we actually closed. i guess b/c i was afraid i would jinx it somehow? but it's final now. heehee...WOOHOO!!!!
